Absolutely Positively Insane Real Estate Bargain in Queek Creek AZ

There are deals and then there are deals.  And then there are deals which make you jump up and slap the nearest bystander.  Get your slapping hand ready.

This incredible semi-custom Elite Communities home was built on an elevated full acre in Queen Creek in 2007.  Featuring 4 bedrooms, den / office and a loft amongst its 4000+ square feet.  Fully loaded with engineered plank wood flooring and 20' faux stone tile, cherry cabinets, massive kitchen island with slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances (including double convection ovens), stone accents, fireplace in family room and master bedroom, plantation shutters, central vac, water softener, security system, surround sound pre-wire, CAT 5 wiring ... give me a second to catch my breath before we move to the outside features.

I haven't even mentioned the attached 4 car garage yet.  There's a 4 car garage.

The seller purchased this home in the fall of 2007 for nearly $700,000.  Job transfer forces sale, and makes this your lucky day.  Cue the kleig lights and the marching band as I unveil today's list price of ...

$350,000!!!!!!

You should be arrested for larceny after purchasing this palace!  The builder's model, with similar upgrades, is for sale right next door for $539,990!

This is a short sale, and will require patience of a prospective buyer, but it's well worth the aggravation of waiting for lender approval.  Dialogue has been opened with the lienholder and seller is working with a third party negotiator to expedite the process.  Need lots of house and lots of land at a ridiculously low price and don't mind waiting a bit?  You're our huckleberry.  Call me today for more info or to schedule a private viewing of this truly amazing property.

Now that is a gorgeous home Paul.

Not too shabby, eh, JL?

Pau, That is amazing. You and Dad should buy it and hold it for a few years. Unbelievable!

Paul, I know this community...a limited number of homes built. Very nice pricing - that is truly amazing. ;-) This is one of those deals that we all wish we could purchase. Should sell quickly. ;-)

William - Now there's a thought.

Teri - The builder pulled out of the development as well.  No more homes going up on the acre lots for the time being, so we are really the only game in town, especially at this price point.

That's one heck of a deal... almost makes me want to give up these glorious winters.

Holy Canoli!  If we get one more snowfall, I'm gonna buy that bad boy!

I can't tell completely, but it looks like an open floor plan, greatroom, etc.  I love that styling and we have very few of them here.

Another great job Paul!

Rich... I hope it snows like crazy this week... We would love to have ya out here. :-)

Jesse - At this price, you don't have to give up anything.  Second home, my chilly friend?

Rich - I'll be watching the weather.  Gonna hold you to that ;)

Lenn - It does have a formal living room and dining room in addition to the family room, but the kitchen-family combo with the wide open feel does make it register as a great room concept.  This is probably the most favored style of architecture out here: Open, but with all the traditional rooms.  It's a killer property.

Nick - Thanks, buddy.  Looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday.  If any of your buyers want to leave the raillife, you know where to bring them!

What a cool home Paul. I love the kitchen and the pool. Best of luck with it.

SOLD!  I just got a glimpse and then saw the price and already want to move in!  Ugh!

Bill - It's an amazing house.  A bit of a commute for anyone who works in my neck of the woods, but perfect for the techies who work in the Southeast Valley (Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, etc) that will go just a little further out for this much home and land.

Krista - Tell me about it.  I think William had the best idea of the day, personally ;)

That's an incredible house, Paul, and an unbelievable amount of land for the price!  The patient buyer will be well rewarded with this one.

Posted by Lisa Heindel, New Orleans Real Estate Broker (Crescent City Living LLC) over 3 years ago

It is gorgeous!  So happy to see you with occassional listings on this side of the valley!  I know I keep saying it, but maybe, just maybe we'll be able to get our families together sometime!

Posted by Jessica over 3 years ago

Lisa - Absolutely right.  This one is worth waiting for!

Jessica - Great to hear from you!  I do make my way to the SE Valley on occasion when work beckons, so one of these days we are bound to run into each other.  I'll just have to start bringing the family with me on my appointments, and we'll crash your place afterwards.  Sound good?

Paul,

What an incredible house.....if you took those photos, now I am not only envious of your ability to write better than me but also of your photography skills......you do seem to have it all....I would hire you for my Realtor......

Posted by Chapman Realty Homes Brunswick Georgia over 3 years ago

Julie - I wish I could take credit for those amazing pictures, but alas, being held accountable by the photographer restricts me from doing so.  Believe it or not, but these were actually furnished by the homeowner.  He moonlights as a photographer, and would be a good person for anyone in need of such services in the San Diego area to know.

Is it sold?  I am a tad tardy checking this one out.....what a home & great photos!  Oh, i see where you got them.  I love it when folks want to take their own pics.  KM
