Just about anyone who has spent any time at all in Scottsdale is familiar with the planned community of McCormick Ranch. A community which includes some 23,000+ residents, many are less familiar with the approximately 50 individual subdivisions that fall under its umbrella. With radical differences in architecture, amenities, pricing, etc from one subdivision to the next, a prospective home buyer will need to drill down further than general awareness of the McCormick Ranch community at large to find the specific pocket that best suits his/her needs. With this in mind, we launched our McCormick Ranch Subdivision Series.
Featuring individual spotlights for the various subdivisions that compose McCormick Ranch, you now have a one-stop resource shop for everything you want to know about Scottsdale's first master planned community. Builder overviews, subdivision statistics, editorial opinion, neighborhood values, homes for sale, amenities, school info, new listing feeds, photos, maps, street views, floor plans ... this is as comprehensive as McCormick Ranch Real Estate gets.
This page serves as an overview to the subdivision spotlights. Peruse the subdivision map of McCormick Ranch, or choose a subdivision link by name from the tables below.
For a detailed review of the community on a macro level, visit our McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale AZ page.

Great job on the subdivision/neighborhood map and info! It looks like you have your work cut out for you now, blogging and video-ing all those places.
Very nice Paul to narrow everything down so the consumer can focus on their specific needs and wants without being overwhelmed with information overload.
Guess that's why you're the go to guy for McCormick Ranch.
Nice presentation Paul. My mom, before she passed, had great friends in McCormick Ranch, and use to spend a week there with them every year (for over 20). I've never been there, but through her pictures it always looked so wonderful. I'm not a desert person (for the long haul), but this looks so inviting. I know if it would have been within her means, mom would have moved there. She always spoke so warmly of the community.
Thanks for giving it a look, guys (and gal). It's been a lot of work, but a lot of fun, too. Grew up in the community and never really left. As such, it's been a labor of love.
Rene, McCormick Ranch definitely defies the prototypical notion of the desert. I'm glad your mom found such enjoyment from her visits. Who knows, maybe we even crossed paths at some point during one of those trips.
Slay, congratulations on your compilation. This looks like tons of effort, fine-tuning, fact-finding. Just daunting from my perspective. Light another candle, Brandi :-)
My fingers have been reduced to bloody nubs, Andrew. The "a"s are beginning to stick. Two more subdivision reports and I'm going to need a transfusion. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
There is something Shakespearean of your relentless pursuit ...
"Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more;
Or close the wall up with our English dead.
In peace there's nothing so becomes a man
As modest stillness and humility."
That's a relief. For a second there, I was sure you were going to tell me to get thee to a nunnery.
Hi Paul~ I would love to know just how you got all of this accomplished? Simply amazing! The photos are really good.... must be your wife's photography?
Tis true, Vicky. I cheated off my wife for a bunch of the photos. I did shoot the primary one in this post, however (he says, puffing out his concave chest).
Awesome neighborhood information, Paul. And I love your tagline about other agents Googling you!
Cheers,
Robin
