Determined to increase buyer traffic and excitement in the Park Scottsdale subdivisions of South Scottsdale, local REALTORS from 14 brokerages are banding together for a Community Open House. With 48 agents tentatively committed to taking part, South Scottsdale REALTORS will invite the public into their listings en masse on both August 25th and 26th from 12-4 PM.
By utilizing mass purchasing power to advertise the event, the participating agents believe that they will be better equipped to reach a broader group of prospective homebuyers. With Valley temperatures exceeding 100 degrees, the agents further conclude that many buyers do not want to make multiple open house excursions on the mere wing and a prayer that a few homes might be held open on a given day.
South Scottsdale homebuyers are encouraged to watch for our ads in the Arizona Republic classifieds. The advertisements, along with riders that will be attached to the signs of participating properties, will direct you to the website being developed specifically and solely for this event: www.parkscottsdaleopenhouse.com. It is currently under construction, but check back in the coming days for an Open House Map along with the listing information for all of the participating homes. Watch for upcoming press releases as well!
So come on out Scottsdale, and participate in this exciting community event. No need to spend months looking at properties when you can see them all over one weekend!
