What is the material that they used for the lawn.....is it red rock?

Thankfully they did a desertscape. Looks like a nice home in the Phoenix area good luck with it.

You've got it pegged.  The front yard is desert landscaping with a reddish rock.  That pool is as inviting in person as it is in photographs.  Thanks for your comments!
