We alternately don the garb of property evaluator, pitchman, marketing rep, receptionist / showing coordinator, contract prep specialist, home inspection consultant, appraisal jouster, loan oversight committee (of one), repair foreman, closing editor, marriage counselor, dime store psychologist, balloon animal fashionista, schedule contortionist, etc, etc, etc. With the advent of Internet marketing, you can add a couple more titles to the overflowing job description: Google Engineer and Social Media Cruise Director. Before you place too much importance on the latter two, make sure your virtual Captain Stubing has what it takes to avoid the icebergs of an honest to goodness Real Estate transaction.
